Not to worry if you don't have a Paypal account!

 Simply click on "Pay with Credit or Debit card" button (refer below), when the Paypal popup box shows up during process of completing your order.

 

If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will not be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase. 

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

To ensure your order is smoothly processed and promptly delivered, we are unable to amend or cancel your order after confirmation.

 

What if I am unable to complete payment?

Please email us with your order number at info@babynatureco.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can!

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you’ll need to register for a Babynature Co. account to place an order. Registration takes a few steps only. Click here to get started! 

 

SHIPPING

Local Singapore Shipping

We offer $6 delivery flat fee for orders below $100. Deliveries are on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays), Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 6pm.

For orders over $100 nett, delivery is FREE!

We dispatch your order package within 3 working days (unless it's a Pre-order item). You should receive your items in 1-3 working days after receiving the Shipping Confirmation email.

Kindly note that any orders with pre-order items will only be dispatched when pre-order arrives.

If you would like to receive your other items first, please order them separately.

Preorders are subjected to delays, do only order if you are comfortable with the wait.

Special delivery: Weekdays evening delivery between 6-8pm OR Saturday delivery between 9am-2pm is S$20, regardless of amount spent, this service is NOT free.

Re-delivery fee is S$20 (if we deliver as scheduled and nobody is home to receive the product), where we then have to reschedule another delivery. 

International Shipping

We offer highly affordable international shipping via Fedex! Please note - in these instances all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our webstore charges flat S$60 as a tentative, indicative value for international shipping, regardless of which country you enter for shipping address. 

We will advise you on the exact international shipping fee after receiving your online order, and upon checking with Fedex. We will be sending you a separate Paypal invoice email for the additional international shipping fee (excl. duties & taxes); and you can consider if you would like to proceed.

If final international shipping fee is more than S$60, customer is expected to top-up should he/she decides to proceed with the order. In event that customer decides to cancel the order, we shall refund in full via Paypal.

If final international shipping fee is less than S$60, we shall refund the excess received to customer.

Kindly note that we do not ship GGUMBI and Hugsie® Maternity Pillow overseas for the high international shipping cost due to large dimensional weight.

If you come by Singapore OR have any friends/relatives going overseas to visit you, we can deliver to airport or hotel (by appointment basis). You may check-in as baggage likewise some overseas customers whom checked with their international airline carrier. 

GST, TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.  

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

We apologise if an incorrect item has been sent to you. Please contact us and we would assist to correct the order immediately. 

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

No unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping service, but we can help prepare gift-card with your congratulatory message. This is complimentary.

REFUND POLICY 

All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. All sale purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great care in packing your items. However, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us immediately or within 5 days of receiving your order at info@babynatureco.com. We will arrange for exchange of the item if deemed to be faulty or damaged during manufacturing.

Defective item would be exchanged one-to-one with a correct and brand new piece. In the event the exact item is out of stock, you will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.

Any product you exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Baynatureco reserves all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes as a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, we will not conduct the return/exchange.
